In 2017 we decided to expand our letting services and were delighted to welcome Lee Gallagher to our team to manage our new in-house services. Having previously run his own letting business and clocked up 14 years experience working for some of the largest corporate companies Lee has excellent knowledge of the Chorley, Wigan and Parbold areas and has worked in both the front end sales side of the business and property management.

For a start our core business is selling property so unlike most letting agents we can afford to take time to select the right tenant and are under no financial pressure to recommend the first tenant that comes along. Secondary if you compare the quality of our marketing to other letting agents then you will see the pride and care we take when selling a property is equally important to us when letting a property. Professional images and detailed floor plans are all produced to the same high quality and we advertise on all the leading websites as well as displaying your property in our four local offices. We find, by making your property look more appealing, we can command a higher rent and help deliver a credible and responsible tenant.
We are selective in the properties we let and only work with conscientious landlords who have well maintained properties. Likewise we will only let a property when we have thoroughly checked our tenants credentials. This year we have a 100% success rate in finding tenants and can offer a fully managed service or a let only service at extremely competitive rates.
