Hi Anthony, thanks again for all you help. I know things got a tad 'fraught towards the end & I apologise if I came across a bit blunt (stress & nerves I Guess!). What I did want to say was that as representatives of R&H both yourself & Zoe are an absolute credit to the company. Very efficient, with regular contact & frequent updates we felt guided all the way....exactly what we expected from a professional Estate agent. From the quality of the photographs, to the standard of your office to the service is quite frankly way above the rest R&H we would say have got it right. We sold through Entwistle green, whilst they were good (after all they did Sell our house for us) the overall experience just wasn't quite 'there'. I worked as a mortgage adviser for Bridgfords a number of years back & saw on a daily basis how difficult your job can be so to maintain that professionalism at a time when temperatures get raised is a quality more of us should have.
