I would like to say how happy I am with the service I have recently received from you (Regan & Hallworth). I emailed you Saturday around 5pm as I had no hot water or heating. I was panicking a little as it was a Saturday, Easter weekend and lockdown. I didn’t think I’d hear off anyone until at least Tuesday and not sure if anyone would be able to come out due to covid-19. But 2 hours later lee phoned me asked what the problem was and gave the contact info for someone to help. Within 5 minutes I had spoken to someone and had arranged for them to come and fix the problem first thing the following morning. Which I thought was brilliant as that day was Easter Sunday! Luckily later that night I had managed to fix the problem myself and told the engineer he didn’t need to come out. I am very happy with the response time from you and happy with how quickly and professionally lee dealt with and even during the lockdown someone was going to come out and fix it.
