I just wanted to say what absolutely brilliant staff you have! What an absolute diamond you have in Paula, who I liaised with in purchasing from very difficult vendors. I cannot praise Paula highly enough, on at least three occasions I was in tears with it all, and Paula stayed over her home time trying to sort things for me. Vicky is also a lovely lady that answers the phone. The whole of your staff are fabulous. What absolutely amazing, friendly, kind knowledgeable staff you have. I cannot thank them enough.
