We are now working remotely
WE ARE STILL OPEN... JUST NOT FROM THE USUAL PLACE. OUR SALES AND LETTING TEAMS WILL NOW BE WORKING REMOTELY.
These are unprecedented times and at this moment our main priority is securing the safety of our colleagues and clients whilst continuing to provide the best service, guidance and support we can.
Therefore following the latest government advice, we have closed our offices and moved to remote working across our sales and lettings team with immediate effect.
This means that we are open for business, but not from our usual place. The nature of the job means we have to deal with people everyday and despite the need for everyone to isolate at the moment we are still going to be on hand to help, we just can’t do it face-to-face. Fortunately we are exceptionally well positioned to do this having already invested in the latest technology so that all our staff can work from home and securely access all of our clients information. Clients can still reach us by phone, email or direct mail any of our social media channels. We will also be available for FaceTime or conference calls so appointments and meeting can be conducted remotely whilst our local valuers will be on hand to provide remote valuations and advice for anyone thinking of selling.
So whether you are midway through a move, just thinking about it or simply need a steer on what to do, we would be delighted to speak with you. As ever, our advice will be informed by the latest thinking from our highly experienced residential team, by local market knowledge and insight, and of course, your individual circumstances.
It may help to know that all of our properties are managed by a dedicated member of staff in case anyone requires further information or wants to proceed with a sale or lettings move.
And for those of you who wish to indulge in a little escapism, our website and social channels are open 24/7 for you to browse beautiful properties across the region.
We are ready, willing and able to help and offer advice during this extraordinary time – Our 350 years of combined experience matters more now than ever.
