The year so far
2017 is undoubtably one of the most competitive markets ever and despite competing with 299 other agents who have all sold within our patch we are enjoying one of our most successful years. During the first 6 months we have valued over 1,000 properties, arranged 6,517 viewings and agreed sales on a staggering £107 million pounds worth of property. Also this year we have a 100% success rate in finding tenants and are currently offering a challenge to all our customers whereas if we do not let their property out within 6 weeks we halve our fees.
