September saw a record month for rental listings
Following on from what was a record-breaking month in August for our lettings department, team Regan and Hallworth have done it again.
September has seen the largest number of rental properties brought onto the market by the team and we still have 4 days to go.
Due to the high level of potential applicants registering their details last month, we have spent time speaking to our clients who have empty properties and explaining the benefits of renting their home out over the winter months.
