Regan & Hallworth Standish branch out sells all its closest rivals
Linda Regan & her team at the Standish branch of Regan & Hallworth have had their best ever year for sale since the company established itself in 1996. According to rightmove the Standish branch was able to outsell its closest rival by better than 2 to 1, clocking up 144 sales in the WN6 0, 8 & 9 postcode areas that cover Standish, Shevington & Apply Bridge. This compared to 58 sales by the next best performing estate agent and even more favourably to the 43 and 20 sales from the next best agents. Linda commented. We hope this data, provided by rightmove clearly demonstrates that all agents are not the same, it is not just about listing properties online, there is a lot more to it. Regan & Hallworth this year have sold more properties than the combined sales of all the other three other estate agents who have branches in Standish & Shevington.
