CORONAVIRUS: A MESSAGE FROM THE TEAM
In light of recent developments around Covid-19, we wanted to keep you informed of the steps we are taking to protect all of our customers and our team.
We will continue to offer appraisals and viewings, operating a business as usual policy, but will keep a close eye on guidance around travel and if necessary will offer alternative digital solutions if face-to-face appointments are no longer possible.
Our team will be operating with a no-touch policy (please don’t be offended when we don’t shake your hand!), and will be following advice around hand washing and hygiene in accordance with Public Health guidelines. We will also be providing guidance to our homeowners on how to prepare their homes for viewings, and to notify us if they experience any symptoms so we can ensure none of our community or staff are put at risk.
We’ve yet to see any changes in the level of activity around viewings and offers, and we are remaining hopeful and positive, however we appreciate the challenging situation we now find ourselves in.
