Autum Sales
September was a fantastic month for Regan & Hallworth we agreed sales on over 100 properties from our three local branches. The average time it took a property to sell in September was just 14 weeks! If you decided to sell your property in October you could be starting the new year in a new home. Even more impressive than the fall in average selling time was the fact we achieved a combined average selling price on all those sales of 97% of the asking price. It just goes to prove if you select a good estate agent with a proven track record, great marketing and price your property correctly you can fully expect to sell not only quickly but for very near your asking price.
