We opened Regan & Hallworth Estate Agents on Library Street in Wigan in 1996 and very quickly established ourselves as market leaders in our respective areas.

We employ 25 local people with a combined experience of over 350 years making us one of the most experienced estate agents you will find anywhere.

Many of our team have been with our firm for a decade or more and we pride ourselves on providing a first class service.

We are a results driven company with a firm with a 'can do attitude' and have always tried to use the latest innovative technology in advertising, marketing, photography and social media.

In 2017 we launched our own in-house lettings department and have since grown into one of the industry's leading experts, offering a range of options from a let only to fully managed services.

We also offer in-house independent financial advice in conjunction with LR Finance.
